Yes, it's possible but require quite expensive programming adapter and special battery reset software. Hey, I found a very cheap alternative to reset the battery cycle count with even less knowledge of coding online. It just need a small Arduino board, its price is less than 5-10$. Program code and tutorial is here: DJI Mavic Air battery cycle
Age. 56. Location. California. Dec 30, 2018. #1. I have had a new Mavic 2 Pro since September and I am not getting anywhere near the "31 minutes" of fight time DJI specs with this model. I have 4 DJI branded batteries and I am lucky to get 24 minutes on a charge. I also noticed the batteries seldom get to 100% charge using the wall charger or
I have 3 Mavic Pro batteries that are 3,5 years old. I treated them pretty good, always stored them around 50%, self-discharge set 2 days. But I do notice an increasingly bigger difference in sport mode, compared to a 4th battery that's newer.
the capacity will also be reduced with age, high temperature events, etc. not only cycles. I have 98% after approx 50 cycles in half a year. my son has owned the baseline version for 4 months, has tortured his battery by discharging completely, probably several times per week, 99.4% health and more than 100 cycles
Or two to three years, in other words. This is the time period during which battery performance will be ideal. Don’t get me wrong though. This limit is for ideal battery performance only. This doesn’t necessarily mean that you can’t use your battery anywhere further than this.
I have a P3 battery 37 times charged. DJI go app says its Total Capacity 4152mAh. This means battery life is around 92%. The capacity was 4280mAh when it was charged 28 times. The capacity decreased by 4280 - 4152 = 128mAh during 9 charges. This means 14,2mAh drop for each charge (14,2mAh/charge). LiPo batteries are said it may be used until 80% of capacity has been reached. So, 20% drop of
If they swell a lot they can pop out midflight, that's the main reason the M3 is getting internal batteries this time, just like the Mini. To check the swelling just use a ruler when they are hot after a flight. For example batteries like this would be dangerous: 2021-10-27. Use props.
Try it first with out thhe hub battery after battery and look what happens. The hub charges the batteries not simultanous, charges the batteries in sequence 1-2-3 that means it charges the battery 1 and then 2 and then 3. I have the same problem. I unpacked a brand new Mavic Pro with three batteries.
